Appearance:
Yamcha has long black hair tied into a pony tail and pitch black eyes. He can often be seen wearing a black sleeveless gi with a white sleeveless undershirt. He also wears a white waistband that he uses to store things, and matching white wristbands. On his feet he wears moccasins of namekian origin that bear white calligraphic designs.
Fighting Style:
Fang Shu Do (Beginner)
Yamcha's own form of martial arts. Sharing many similarities with Judo, Muay Thai and Capoeira.
Personality:
Yamcha is courageous and a devoted student of martial arts. As a strict adherent to Bushido, he has a very strong sense of honor and justice. At times he may come across as indecisive, this is mainly because he has a low self esteem.
Pre-Chubbs History:
The Human called Yamcha was raised in a small village, on the planet Namek. Yamcha's date and place of exact birth is unknown, even to him. Yamcha has much to learn about the ways of a true warrior. Yamcha?s mother supposedly died during labor and his father had never been determined.
The Nameks within the village raised him as if he were one of their own. He was often left behind farm and learn the arts of healing due to the fact that the warriors among the Nameks excelled because their incredible superhuman physical prowess, he trained himself to become an Olympic-level athlete and formidable hand-to-hand combatant and surpassed the limitations set by many others. Naturally his differences caused him to question his origins, and he now seeks the truth about his bloodline.
Relations:
Akane Kimidori (Member of XTC) ? Yamcha knows nothing about this female warrior, he doesn?t even know that she is a female because on his home planet of Namek there were no females. The toughest fight he's had to this day. At the beginning of the fight the two were evenly matched but towards the end of the fight she used strategy to gain an advantage over Yamcha, then at the end when she took off her weighted clothing she used her great speed to defeat him. Yamcha was left unconscious in the end, but he enjoyed the spar and hopes one day to fight her once again, after they both have grown, become stronger and more experienced fighters.
Burter (Member of Civil Unrest) ? Yamcha met this reptilian-like warrior on top of the Dojo of Light while looking for some adventure in Heaven. Yamcha feels as if a small bond between the two has formed and hopes that the two can become good friends. He listens to the wise words of the experienced fighter and hopes to one day be respected by Burter as his equal.
Paragus (Leader of Suffer Eternal) ? Yamcha met the scarred Saiyan in Baba?s castle, when he attempted to revive a dead warrior in the hopes of finding a mentor. The two engaged in sparring session with each other that ended in a draw.
Retane (Member of The Horsemen) ? The two met in the lounge on the undrafted meeting grounds. They conversated a little and competed with each other in a flavored water drinking contest. Yamcha likes Retane although he doubts Retane likes him, and hopes that one day they can fight alongside one another.
Moves:
(1) Sabre Fang Fist
Yamcha creates an energy shaped sword around his hand, he then charges at his opponent and unleashes a flurry of kicks and punches.
(2) Spirit Ball
Yamcha gathers the energy for the attack in a ball, in one hand, and grips his wrist with the other. The attack is then hurled like a ball at the opponent, and can be made to home in on the opponent.
(3) Kamehameha
The attack is charged with cupped hands behind the back, then brought to the front with the arms outstretched, and fired.
(4) Flash Buster
Flash Buster is Yamcha?s favorite technique, as well as his most common finisher. It could be considered his version of the Kamehameha wave. He begins by charging energy at the center of his chest, arms drawn back, palms connected at a 90 degree angle from his wrists and fingers clawed so that the length of his hands are horizontal going across. This attack is one of his few that require having a verbal incantation. After vocalizing its name, the charge is complete. Yamcha then thrusts his arms forward, twisting his wrists so that his finishing position looks identical to that of the Kamehameha blast. The beam is almost as similar, except instead of cobalt and white, it is amber and white. When the beam connects with anything other than Yamcha or his own Ki, it will explode on contact with a blast that encompasses as large a radius as the energy that is put into it, and create a blinding flash, so if it does not kill them, it will blind them with an effect equal to that of Solar Flare. However, if they have defenses against the Solar Flare technique, the added effect of Flash Buster will not work. This technique can be as weak as a normal blast, or as strong as the human?s entire strength reservoir.
